The rules
- Emotes only. One fixed emote per run, from the packs we drew. No free text anywhere, ever.
- Kind names. No rude words, slurs, real people's names, contact details or impersonation. Names that slip past the filter are changed by us.
- Real scores. Bots, scripts, modified games or tampered runs are cheating. Every ranked score is replayed on our servers.
- No emote spam. Ten emotes a minute is the limit. Using emotes to taunt the same player repeatedly is harassment.
- One account per person. Do not trade or sell accounts, coins, gems or items.
- Report, do not exploit. Found a bug that gives free score? Report it in the Beta Lab and earn a tester badge.
What happens if rules are broken

We tell you what happened and you can reply to support@pixelgames.app if we got it wrong. A person reviews every appeal.
Reporting a player
Email support@pixelgames.app with the player name, the game and roughly when. Because there is no chat, almost every report is about a name or emote use, and we act within two business days.
Bots and demo players
The attract screens in the lobby are played by scripted bots so cabinets are never dark. Bots are always labelled as bots and never appear on a real board.
